MARTIAL ARTS

Since I was 12, martial arts has been central to my life. I began with Karate, moving through Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Krav Maga, each art deepening my understanding of movement, discipline, and resilience.

 

At 34, I chose to share this lifelong practice with others, transferring martial arts principles into fitness training designed to build strength, adaptability, and confidence.

My sessions focus on purposeful movement, with exercises grounded in fluid, effective techniques. Martial arts teach patience, resilience, and respect for progress—all qualities we build together in training. No matter your starting point, my approach will meet you at your level, and progress you at a sustainable pace.

BOXING 

Boxing is more than a sport—it’s a discipline that reshapes how you move, focus, and build resilience.

 

My journey with boxing began as part of my lifelong exploration in martial arts, and it’s now a key part of my training. In our sessions, boxing becomes a way to master technique, develop strength, and build mental grit.

You’ll learn precise movement and control through footwork, agility, and the mechanics of each punch, enhancing coordination and body awareness. Boxing isn’t just physical; it builds mental toughness, teaching you to stay focused and push past limits. With drills that blend strength, speed, and endurance, we’ll develop balanced power that supports you in everyday life.

 

Whether you’re new to boxing or experienced, I’m here to guide you in this empowering practice.

GROUP TRAINING:

TECHNIQUE, PRECISION AND SKILL

In my group sessions, we go beyond just breaking a sweat. Whether focusing on martial arts, boxing, or functional fitness, each movement is rooted in precision to improve technique, coordination, and skill.

 

Group training isn’t about simply finishing a workout—it’s about purposeful practice and understanding how your body moves.

We combine martial arts discipline, boxing’s focused power, and the strength-building intensity of functional fitness. While working as a unit, each person hones their technique, mastering movements that engage both body and mind.

 

Though I primarily coach one-on-one, group training is available upon request for those seeking a supportive, dynamic environment.
